This letter contains draft schedules and other information for the entire weekend.

Please review and make changes.

Once we get a consensus, I will modify the website appropriately.

Overall  schedule (entire weekend).

 

Ø  Saturday evening, 5:30 – 7:00.  Dinner in Newton, for close friends and family.

Ø  Saturday night, 7:00-  10:00. “Visiting hours” for anyone who wants to visit.  Leftover food

Ø  Sunday early afternoon:  informal meet up at 1489.  Maybe some food, but maybe not.  People can coordinate rides, etc.

Ø  Sunday evening, 4:30-7:30.  Memorial service at Museum of Science (see schedule below)

Ø  Sunday night, 8:30-10:30. Reception for those interested in coming. Light refreshments.

Ø  Monday morning, 10:00 – 11:30. Light brunch for close friends and family.

 

Note: the website will only mention the Sunday evening (Museum of science) and Sunday night

(1489 reception). Everything else will by word of mouth.

Saturday dinner food (most of it from whole foods). Responsibility: Debby

Dessert : fruit,  cadbury chocolate, ruggelan, and ice cream, marge friend

Sunday MuSci food, buffet style service (provided by the museum). Responsibility: Debby
