Saturday May 4, 2013 From: Daniel Hellerstein Re: 1909 Franwall PV install Dear Kenergy As I noted in my letters dated April 5 and April 22, and reiterated in a voice message I left April 30, I was giving you a May 1 deadline for substantive work on the 1909 Franwall job. This deadline has passed without even an acknowledgment from you, much less further work. I take this to mean you are no longer interested in working on this job. Hence, I am researching other arrangements. If you are still interested in this work, you may submit a detailed proposal to me -- you have until 3PM on Monday (May 6); you may email it to me at danielh@crosslink.net Note that I will consider such a proposal along with other proposals I may receive -- I do NOT guarantee I will accept a proposal you may submit. Given past history, my working assumption is that you will not send me a proposal. Please note that I am also considering what other actions I should take, such as discussing this situation with MHIC. You may wish to communicate with me about these tangential matters. I doubt that new information will reveal incredibly costly bungles in your work. Thus, I should reiterate that at this moment (given my current information) I will not be asking for refunds from Kenergy. As a side note, I really wonder what caused the collapse in your ability to work on this job. It is very odd. Thank you PS: I will also send you the above message by priority mail. PS2: Enclosed with this letter is a piece of your equipment. I believe there is nothing left of yours at 1909 Franwall Ave.
